C in a college Class? End of the world??

I got a C in a college class..and I'm so disappointed in myself.

It was the first Online class I've taken..and I just can't learn like that.

My question is..Should I Retake the class? or just accept the fact I got a C and move on with my life?

C in a college Class? End of the world??
Learn from it and know that crap happens. Life isnt perfect, yeah it really blows, I get you, but even if the college lets you retake it, are you really down to retake a whole class to get an A or B?

If your answer is yes, then you should retake it. If your iffy about it, dont waste your time, or money.
Reply:Check with the college, if the class is vital your degree or getting into a specific program you might be able to retake it.

A friend of mine needed an "A" in Argumentive Writing to get into a specific nursing program. It's a popular program so they can set the bar high. She got a "B" and was able to retake the class and got an "A" the second time around.
Reply:Depends on what you are qualifying for and the level standard to get in or achieve. If it does not impact on either dont phase yourself. You should roughly know by now what minimum grades you need to achieve to qualify for a pass grade int he over all degree/diploma/leve entry subject, just as long as you can maintain this you should be ok.
Reply:Most colleges won't let you retake a class if you passed it, and a C is considered passing, even in a course for your major. It's not the end of the world, but don't let it keep happening if you need a high GPA when you graduate.
Reply:I say take the grade and move on. You generally can't retake a class if you got a C. Don't be so hard on your self. In most classes with a curve, one third to one half of the students get Cs.
Reply:Learn from the experience and move on. If it won't affect your chances of getting honors or graduating, then don't worry. Do better on the other classes.
