Here's a quick break down... There are many more rules, but basically...
Class A is for heavy truck/trailer combinations over 26,000 lbs.
Class B is for trucks over 26,000 lbs, but not towing a trailer, and for buses or vans capable of carrying 15 or more passengers (Passenger endorsement required).
Class C is your basic drivers license, and you can drive a truck less than 26,000 lbs, or tow a trailer less than 10,000 lbs. You can also carry passengers as long as you have fewer than 14 seats.

So Texas seems to have made an annual event of hunting down people with outstanding traffic violations...Yea!!!...Anyway, I have a warrant out for failure to appear in court for a speeding ticket however thats in Stafford and I live in Houston Harris county, but like 5-10 mins outside the Stafford area. Will Stafford and Houston police be searching outside their districts? I know if HPD were to pull me over they could transfer me to Stafford for arrest, but would they come to my house or job for a warrant in another city/county?...

Vehicle Theft 1st Degree - Class C Felony?
I recently was arrested for vehicle theft 1. They pulled me over with 2 other individuals and charged me with it because they had stolen the vehicle the night before. They are both under 18 and im 19. I saw the vehicle and looked inside it but did not drive it AT ALL. I have a public defender. What is the best way going about defending myself from being convicted of this? Also I heard lie detector tests aren't credible in court. Please if you got any experience in this or info let me know. Thanks

With an attorney, they can bargain it to a misdemeanor and you possible can get community service. If you plea bargain (admit guilt, in turn for a lesser charge) that doesnt always work. GET AN ATTORNEY!! You are going to need one. Millions of people are railroaded by our judicial system for not seeking counsel. Justice is blind! That is why we have attorneys and a RIGHT TO COUNSEL.

Old gasoline. 81 27' class c Monaco motorhome. Dodge chassis.?
I need to drain the fuel from the mh. I'm unable to siphon do to the twists and turns of the intake line. The fuel feed line is about 1/4 of the way above the bottom of the tank due to the generator shut off safety feature. Is there a safe way to remove the old fuel without the removal of the considerably large fuel tank from the vehicle?

While you're on the phone with all these lawyers, ask them how to appeal this conviction, also ask them how it can be expunged from your record. (Expungement is when it is legally removed from your record by a legal process.)

If there is space between the rear wall and outside siding you could have insulation blown in through a small hole in your wall that could be covered up easily. If not you may have to put in another wall in the rear and insulate behind that.

Probably. GM put 4-bolt main engines in its heavy-duty trucks until recently. Light-duty pickups generally have 2-bolt mains, but "heavy 1/2" (1/2 ton w/towing package), 3/4 ton, 1-ton, and 2-ton pickups,trucks, and vans all have 4-bolt mains. You should be able to run the engine serial number through GM's computers at a GM parts department to know for sure. If you have any doubt, pull the oil pan and look for yourself.

You do NOT need PHYSICAL DAMAGE insurance on the travel trailer unless you have a loan against it or have used it for collateral on the loan and the lender is requiring it.
Liability insurance extends from the PULLING unit "while it is attached" and you can get some limited coverages on most personal auto policies.
Look around and find you a specialty carrier for the travel trailer such as Progressive, Foremost, American Modern Home - just to name a few - and they should be able to provide you with affordable coverage.
You will find that it is NOT as costly as the motorhome insurance, although, if you factor in the cost of the insurance on the towing unit, you may have had less premium with the motorhome!

1985 Chevy Winnebago class c motor home won't turn over...any advice?
Ok, I've had the alternator tested, it's fine. I've replaced the battery, just today. Brand new house batteries as well. It will only start using housing batteries alone or house batteries and engine battery together. It will not start on engine battery alone. There is switch to delegate which battery to use. The battery volt gauge shows 14 for house battery, and 0 for engine battery. I know that it's probably something electrical, but I'm wondering if anyone could pinpoint the problem or get me close to the problem. Thanks!

Have you tried sea-bands? Yes, class C CAN harm a fetus, but if the pros outweigh the cons then your doctor will prescribe it.
Anyway, at your local drugstore they should sell sea-bands which are little acupressure bands that help with air-sickness and sea-sickness and from what i've heard from my friends, morning sickness.

However I was sick the whole time before that too, and the Dr. wouldn't give me anything. I've been eating hard-candy mints, which didn't work with my first, but they are working now.

The prosecuting attorney agreed to dismiss the case if I paid check and restitution for a bad check. Will the charges show up on my record? Its a municipal offense. Likewise, can I pass a background check? Thanks for the help.

Until just recently I applied for something and it was on my cori for a default, because the court fine wasn't paid. I have to clear it up because, I am looking into adoption and I don't want that to stand in my way, that's the only thing on my cori. So yes no matter what happens in court it will automatically go on your record. Hope this help

According to Cisco and IEEE standards. By default with Class C subnet mask address N.N.N.H. there are 8bits equal to 32bits. If you are creating 16networks you will ask yourself how many bits you will borrow from host. 2 to 4 power equals to 16. 2(4)-2=14 Network this will not work therefore you will need 2 to 5 power equals to 32. 2(5)-2=30 Networks.

Unless you are running out of IP addresses, I would use a different 24 bit subnet for each location.
If 192.168.4.0/24 192.178.5.0/24 and 192.168.6.0/24 are not already used, then I would use those subnets for the remote offices and continue to use the 192.168.3.0/24 subnet in your office.
You can set aside small subnets for the serial ports so they will not interfere with dynamic routing protocols. You can create subnets such as
192.168.255.0/30
192.168.255.4/30
192.168.255.8/30
192.168.255.12/30
192.168.255.16/30
192.168.255.20/30
192.168.255.24/30
...
This will give you enough subnets for 64 T1 connections.
For each T1 connection, assign the serial port IP addresses to an address in the same subnet. Make sure that the subnet is defined properly on each serial port. There is no default gateway on these subnets, so the ip address other than the network address and the broadcast address are useable (subnet +1 and subnet + 2 are useable for the serial ports. For consistency, always assign the +1 address to the local serial port address and the +2 address to the remote serial port address).
In summary, the ethernet ports on the routers would have IP addresses in the subnets used for the remote offices. The serial ports on the routers would be in the small subnets in the 192.168.255.x/30 number ranges.

If you desire to have all three networks to have the same amount of hosts, the first network number would be would be 192.168.3.0/26. The next network number would be 192.168.3.64/26. The next would be 192.168.3.128/26. The last would be 192.168.3.192/26. This creates 4 networks and you only need three. You can create three through more extensive planning, but this is all I can come up with with the info you provided. You would use one of the host addresses within the networks to assign to each routers ethernet interface. I would suggest 192.168.3.1/26, 192.168.3.65/26 and 192.168.3.129/26. The you have to get into route summarization. I assume you know that you are dealing with a private address and you need to have a public address to translate to. You would need three public address to assign to your serial ports. Then you would probably use PAT to translate the public addresses to you private ones.
As for your routing protocols, it's up to you and the type of network and environment you have set up.
Both subjects, IP addressing and routing protocols, are way too complicated to go into any depth.

DMV class C driving test....plz help me?
i wanted to take driving test at hayward DMV on friday 02/09/07 .i tried booking appontment online but could not get one.Does anyone know during what time the traffic is less and test would become simple.....should i go and stand at the DMV for the test...i wante to know how to go to take the test...i feel if i take the test around 1-9:30am the traffic is less..is it right?what are the main points which they look in Hayward DMV....how can i impress the examiner...plz help me.. this is the first time im giving the test...im really scared...plz help me...plz

alright, most places need at least a 48 hour notice on the driving tests. traffic around 10 is not bad, and it is warm enough by then for any ice to melt hopefully. Show up about 10 minutes before the test, and usually a fat *** in a coat will walk over and say are you ready for the test. be like hell yea u *** hole, why else would i be here. Then they will ask you to go start your car, about 2 or 3 donuts later they will come outside and plop there fat butt on ur car seat. After they try and streatch the seat belt over their gut they will ask you to check all ur signals and horn ect. then they ask u to go do an obstical course if they have one otherwise they make u drive around on the streets, usually just a circle around a neighborhood, takes about 5 minutes. just come to complete stops and do not hesitate though green lights or anything. you will do fine dont worry. also, make sure to get the pot out of ur glove box before you go too.

When you have an arrest warrant in state of Texas you CAN be arrested at any point in time. That is what an arrest warrant is for. That does not mean that an officer must arrest you right there but you are running that risk untill you pay the fine...you should really pay the fine it is not hard to take care of.

What's illegal in one state my not be in another. the Border Patrol are about the worst set of Fed cops. lots of people are waved through and then some days they just want the dog to sniff around, sometimes they search cars. the question is like did you get busted again

Class C Felony Charges in Missouri?
My ex-husband broke my arm and beat me up pretty bad. I now have a full year order of protection against him. But we had to do a school function with out 6 yr old son(tht watched his dad beat his mom)he said he would get nothing done to him, since I went on his property and went inside to check on my son, which the person their watching him was drunk. I was alloweed in the house by the babysitter(next door neighbor. Is a first case like this just a slap on the wrist, or will he do time in jail?
