Misdemeanor class c arrest warrants and what i can do and dont do.?

ok so im recently going to get a arrest warrant for not appearing to court.


so i want to know what can and cant the cops do.


and i also want to know that is im coming into texas (state i live in) from mexico, can i get arrested for this?


like i heard they can come to your house and arrest you.


is that true?





and will the border patrol arrest me for having an arrest warrant such as the one i will get.


in the past ive been waved right through all i have to do is show them my passport, adn my childrens passport, and they dont ask for ID, so im thinking some people answering questions in this website are mis-informing people.

When you have an arrest warrant in state of Texas you CAN be arrested at any point in time. That is what an arrest warrant is for. That does not mean that an officer must arrest you right there but you are running that risk untill you pay the fine...you should really pay the fine it is not hard to take care of.

The minute you have even a warrant fot a loitering ticket you no longer have rights straighten out your past before it straightens you out
Reply:Yes to every thing you asked. It could happen anyone of those ways. Call the court, talk to a judge so you don't have a warrant out for you and just take care of it.
Reply:if you are caught in another state then you are class fugitive and subject to Federal charges. in cases when they come to your house it is the US Marshalls since that state has no right to arrest you if you didn't commit a crime there. What's illegal in one state my not be in another. the Border Patrol are about the worst set of Fed cops. lots of people are waved through and then some days they just want the dog to sniff around, sometimes they search cars. the question is like did you get busted again

Reply:hell yes they can come to your house and arrest you and believe me they will. now the border patrol doesnt do warrant searches as far as i know. they want to make sure that u are a citizen and that u are not bringing anything illegal into the us
Reply:What the hellll did he say? If they run your ID at the border you will be arrested. If a warrant is issued they may come to your home and arrest you depending on how serious the charge and how busy the police department is.
