What is a class c burglary felony charge in Indiana mean and...?
Burglary without any special circumstances is a class c felony, one of the lower classes. "A person who commits a Class C felony shall be imprisoned for a fixed term of between two (2) and eight (8) years, with the advisory sentence being four (4) years. In addition, the person may be fined not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000)."
Reply:That all depends on his sentence... it could be anywhere from 2 to 8 years, but the sentence will be definite, not a range. Report It

Reply:it means you did a bad
Reply:Have fun while your in prison
