What is a Class C Misdemeanor? Or even what is a speeding ticket considered to be?

For the state of Texas and about 15 miles over the speed limit.

What is a Class C Misdemeanor? Or even what is a speeding ticket considered to be?
Sorry Kyle H but in the State of Texas a speeding ticket is considered a class C misdemeanor offense. The class usually indicates the severity and at what level your fine will be, the worse offense is of course a felony and those also vary by an alpha degree. In the eyes of the law with regards to Texas, misdemeanor offenses are not that big of a deal unless you get too many of them (more than three in a three year period). However, even just one can have a huge bearing on your auto insurance rates depending on what the offense is. Best to just slow it down and try to avoid any and all tickets or worse.

Take care
Reply:A speeding ticket is a Civil Forfeiture. It is not a misdemeanor.
