Perks and privilege like free housing, medical vaccination, free education, even diesel discounts for jeepneys and buses, and etc. when they don't even pay their taxes? (do you think the sidewalk vendors pay income tax? what about the jeepney drivers and bus drivers?) and yet, the middle class who pays their taxes is being taxed even more. No wonder the middle class is packing up and leaving this country!
Why do people in the Class C,D,E gets lots of perks and privilege from the Govt?
These supposed perks are privilege for every Filipino but its the people under class C,D,E who avails of these services frequently. I don't think the irrelevantly rich people in this country will file for Philhealth or SSS. They will surely not take a jeep, be admitted in publich hospital or get immunizations from health center.
