Any one knows the clour code for metallic black c class?
Usually there is a code in the glove box. There will be a series of numbers and that will have the color code for the OE color.
Reply:With the color code you can get a color standard issued by the car manufacturer to the paint companies for that vehicle. It does not mean that color will be an exact match, in fact, auto manufacturers themselves will not have an exact match from (for example) the first car off the line to the 800th car. However, If you have a dupont automotive paint store nearby, they can take a computer reading from your vehicle and put you very close to a perfect match. Hope this helps out.
Reply:its me again. color match for paint you purchase will be a blendable match. i wouldnt panel paint it. However, if youre gonna try to pull that stunt, thats the color to try it with. it will be the right black, just it will either have too much or not enough "sparkle".
