Sure, you can get another 100,000 miles out of a Mercedes - but your wallet will sure be a lot lighter. BMW's warrantee is better, their service is better, their prices are better, and their cars are much funner to drive. The C class is way too heavy. Understeer sucks, man.





Go for the BMW. Make it a 335i coupe.

If comparing the same output, I will go for C-class, with C220K, I have personally took down a BMW323i, to me, BMW is for boy, and MB is for man. Just compare the CLS class with the 7 series, you will know what I am talking about. Report It

Reply:i've driven both and the C-class is by far the best. it looks nicer, sounds better, drives better annnddd it isn't so common. in fact the new mondeo drives better.

Reply:I can't call you cos I'm in another country- but I have both the new 325ci and the C240 and the C240 is WAY BETTER. No comparison simply streets ahead in comfort, build quality and general ride.


BMW feels a bit sportier tho- if that's what you're after.

But honestly, I'm not much of a fan of the new Bimmers... They've diverted from the classic Bimmer look, and it bugs me.

Reply:u cant compre mercedes benz with bmw ,,, mercedes benz is by far a better car in all the way of the word , my dad have 6 mercedes benz rite now 78 , 87 93 97 01 and 07 ,,, he loves mercedes benz ( he have been a car mechanic for over 35 years ) and i can tell u that the ride in the 87 is a lot better than any brand new bmw 3series , my girl friend have a bmx 06 330 and it suck , besides if u get i brand new mercedes benz u can have it for 10 years and it still will looks cool and great , if u get a bmw in 5 years it ill look like crap u can compare any mercdes benz and bmw by years and teh mercedes will kick bmw ***
Reply:it depends on the options you choose for the engines. the 335 has a pretty good engine, but then theres the 350 sport on the C.
Reply:dunno, but i do like it better than the s -class, i like the turn signals how it has ridges in them like on the older mercedes, along w/ the grill, i like it better than most mercedes mainly cause its a little boxey, like the older mercedes were.

Reply:Absolutely love the new C. So much better, they got an very aggresive look along with power. The 3 series bmw is so plain and looks like a complete chick car. The ride is also terrible.

My personal preference is the E class, but I have seen and test driven the new C class and it is very tempting. I really am impressed with the diesel version. The C320CDI was a sheer rocket, incredible, I imagine that with a chip tuning one can get around the 250km speed limiter.


I normally would not consider the C but it was impressive and the price difference between the E %26amp; C makes one think about it.





As far as the BMW, I would never own one, should someone give me one I would sell it. BMW makes good motorcycles but there cars can not compared to a MB. The ride of a MB alone seperates it and that fact that you can get another 100k km out of an MB over that of what the BMW.
